Minna Svedberg is a viola player and concert curator.
Classically trained and with a passion for interdisciplinary art, new music and music for social change.
Minna is a member of the ADAM Quartet as well as curator and organiser of Equinox Chamber Music & Dance Festival Copenhagen.
She grew up in a musical family in Stockholm and has established a wide professional network all over Europe. She is now based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

A rose is a rose is a rose
This concert takes its starting point from Schubert’s “Winterreise” and questions past and present gender roles, power dynamics and gives a voice to the silenced.
I’ve drawn inspiration from the words of Eva Illouz, Liv Strömquist and Wilhelm Müller and the concert will consist of music by Franz Schubert, Fanny Mendelssoh-Hensel, Caroline Shaw and Ida Henriette d’Fonseca (who even wrote her own Winterreise-cycle!).
